Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:
- Montana: 1-3 business days
- Western U.S.: 2-5 business days
- Central U.S.: 3-6 business days
- Eastern U.S.: 4-7 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Peak Organic Canning is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Age Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to age restrictions depending on state and local laws. By placing an order, you certify that you meet all applicable legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to locations where our products are legally permitted. Orders placed to restricted locations may be canceled and refunded.
